Livia & Theo
Privacy policy
Last updated
This website is the invitation to the wedding of Livia & Theo (“we”, “us”). It is a private, non-commercial site run by the two of us, with help from our wedding planner. This policy explains what we do with the details you share here.
What we collect
- Your RSVP: your name, email address, whether you can come, how many people you are replying for, your meal choice, dietary needs, a song request and any message you leave.
- Your invitation link: the name in your personal link (the
?to=part) is read by your own browser to greet you and fill in the RSVP form. It is not sent to us unless you submit the form. - Website usage: only if you accept analytics cookies, pages viewed, approximate location (country or city), device and browser type, collected through Google Analytics. See our cookie policy.
Why we use it
We use your RSVP to plan the day: the guest list, seating, catering, transport and the music. We use your email to send you updates about the wedding, such as a change of time or shuttle details. We do not sell your details, use them for advertising or share them with anyone except the people who help us run the day.
Who else sees it
- Our wedding planner and caterer, for numbers, meal choices and dietary needs only.
- The form service that receives RSVPs on our behalf (for example Google Sheets or Formspree), which stores replies under its own privacy terms.
- Google, if you accept analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
RSVP replies are kept until three months after the wedding and then deleted, except for the names on our guest list and any message you are happy for us to keep as a memory.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what you sent us: write to hello@example.com. You can change your cookie choices with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
